The owner of this Estate willed it to the Forest Preserve.  She did not want this land to be developed into mass produced homes and businesses.  A proud breeder of Award Winning Dogs,  A portion of the land is now used as a dog park.   The home has gone through a bit of neglect.  I hope it can be restored to its originally beauty some day.

My Husband was working his P/T Cop job on the Forest Preserve Police Dept.   We were there checking out the paths around the Dog Park….  He went first to check for ‘land mines’
